We want you to love your glow. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Refund & Returns Policy follows Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and outlines your rights and our responsibilities as a business.


1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

All customers are protected by automatic Consumer Guarantees under the ACL.
This means our products must be:

  • Safe and of acceptable quality

  • Fit for their intended purpose

  • Matching the descriptions provided on our website and packaging

If a product fails to meet these guarantees — for example, it arrives damaged, faulty, unsafe, or not as described — you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund or replacement. These rights cannot be limited by any store policy.


2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Not the product you ordered

  • Not as described

You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund (your choice).

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days and organise your replacement or refund.
For faulty or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.


3. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the cosmetic and hygiene-sensitive nature of our self-tanning products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns under any circumstances.

This means we cannot accept returns or apply refunds for:

  • Incorrect shade chosen

  • A change in preference

  • Unwanted gifts

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Not liking the scent or colour outcome

This policy helps ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of all products shipped to customers.

Please note: This does not affect your rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty or not as described.


4. How to Request a Return (Faulty or Incorrect Items Only)

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the issue

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item and process your refund or replacement promptly.


5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account once processed.

Shipping costs are refunded only when the product is deemed faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
