The bronzer gives you that immediate glow, but the active ingredients continue developing over the next few hours to create your actual tan.
Most people apply 1–2 layers. The more layers you apply, the faster your tan develops and the deeper the final colour can be. Layering doesn’t just deepen the instant colour — it can also affect how your tan develops long-term and you have a higher chance of going orange.

Use a fragrance-free moisturiser the night before.

Avoid hot showers for 3+ hours before tanning.
